Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing Time

1-3 Business Days

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the United States. Most customers receive their orders within 7-13 business days from the order date.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable national carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Your shipping confirmation email will include your carrier information and tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes tracking information sent to your email address. You can monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep. For detailed tracking instructions, please visit our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bestylepro.com before your order ships.

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes (where carrier service is available)

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:

Weather Conditions: Severe weather may impact carrier operations and delivery schedules.

Peak Seasons: During holidays and promotional periods, shipping carriers may experience higher volumes leading to delays.

Carrier Issues: Operational challenges at carrier facilities may affect delivery times.

Address Problems: Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delivery delays or returns.

Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bestylepro.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:

  • They will typically make multiple delivery attempts
  • A notice will be left with instructions for pickup or redelivery
  • You may be able to arrange pickup at a carrier facility
  • Packages may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed

If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes, building offices)
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  4. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before actual delivery

Package Appears Lost

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no recent updates:

  1. Contact us at support@bestylepro.com with your order number
  2. We'll initiate a carrier investigation
  3. We'll work to locate your package or arrange a replacement

We take lost packages seriously and will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the contents immediately
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items
  • Contact us at support@bestylepro.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@bestylepro.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Holidays and Non-Business Days

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major US holidays, including:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
